Located in Savoie, in the Alps, in the heart of the Vanoise National Park, its ski area, linked to that of Val d'Isère, stretches over 300km of pistes at the height of the season, from its highest point (Grande Motte glacier - 3,456m) to its lowest (Brévières village - 1,550m).

Ski passes are free for children under 8, and there are reduced rates for 8-18 year-olds.

The Aiguille Percée chairlift, which has been revamped for the 2025–2026 winter season and is now detachable with a capacity of six seats. It is easily accessible after taking the Palafour chairlift (coming from Tignes le Lac) or the Grand Huit chairlift (coming from Tignes Val Claret)."
