For 35 years, Sainte-Foy-Tarentaise has cultivated a unique vision of the mountains and skiing. Here, greatness is not measured in kilometres of slopes, but in the intensity of the experience. While its ski area counts 25 runs, its 88 hectares stretching from 1,550 to 2,620 metres above sea level make it a true gem cherished by skiing and freeride enthusiasts who return every winter.

Skiing in Sainte-Foy means taking on demanding runs, shaped by the natural contours of the mountains. Far from the crowds and busy resorts, free-spirited skiers glide between untouched slopes and snow-covered larch forests under the watchful eye of the majestic Mont Pourri and the surrounding peaks of Haute Tarentaise. Here, the snow is excellent throughout the season, thanks to a north-west exposure that ensures optimal snow preservation.

The area is also renowned for its Nature Rides, unpisted yet secured slopes perfect for freeriding. The adventure doesn’t stop at the boundaries of the ski area, which peaks at 2,620 metres, as Sainte-Foy is also famous for its endless freeride possibilities. On the far side of the resort, vast open spaces invite exploration. Experienced and passionate ski instructors guide adventurers seeking to carve their own lines in the fresh snow, leading them to the famous hamlet of Le Monal or towards the Pointe de Foglietta, another legendary off-piste known for its technical challenges.

The Sainte-Foy ski area is one of the first in France to have implemented dynamic pricing and is continuing the scheme for a second winter. The price of ski passes varies according to demand and other factors such as expected visitor numbers, the time of year and weather conditions.

Once on the ski area's website, skiers have real-time access to prices based on their booking period and can choose the one that best suits their budget. They therefore pay the right price according to the time of booking and the season.

This type of pricing rewards early booking by offering reduced prices the earlier the stay is booked. Customers can also view price changes according to the period online in a fully transparent manner. Finally, visitors can plan their stay according to their budget with more advantageous prices during less busy periods.
