Both trails (Hinterwald and Vorderwald) lead across beautiful scenery - meadows and fields, partly through snowy forest passages along the Donnersbachtal valley. Sparkling ice formations in the river bed of the Donnersbach, which radiate in the sunlight around the bet, leave particularly special impressions. The entire network of cross-country trails in Donnersbachwald counts 15 km. It is set in altitudes from 900 m up to 1.100 m and offers a firm level of difficulty, thus being suitable for easy-going skiers. All trails are set for classic skiing as well as for ski skating. Starting points are the parking lot Riesneralm as well as the parking lot Ortsmitte / vis à vis Stegerhof. The use is free of charge. Have fun!
