Ubaye Serre-Ponçon

The commune of Ubaye - Serre-Ponçon was created in 2017 by the merger of La Bréole and Saint-Vincent-les-Forts.

The village of Saint Vincent les Forts stands like a sentinel overlooking the Ubaye valley. The views from this natural balcony are breathtaking, bordering on vertigo.

The blue of the lake, or rather of its most authentic Ubaye branch, contrasts with the rocks of Grand Morgon to the north and Dormillouse to the south at an altitude of 2,500 metres.

La Bréole has always been a link between the Dauphiné and Provence.

The banks, which plunge steeply into the lake where the waters of the Ubaye meet those of the Durance, make it possible to build a beach on either side of a boarding pontoon.
