Welcome to Dunningen!

The municipality of Dunningen, with around 6,330 residents and its three districts Dunningen, Seedorf, and Lackendorf, is located on the eastern edge of the Central Black Forest, at the transition from the Black Forest to the Upper Gäu in the Rottweil district.

Well-marked walking and cycling paths – including those along the Eschach River – provide numerous opportunities for nature-based relaxation and exploration of the local area. Additionally, over sixty clubs and groups ensure a diverse range of events, whether cultural, musical, or sporting.
