Bachledka is a family winter paradise

The resort Bachledka Ski & Sun offers visitors 13.4 km of downhill ski slopes for all levels of difficulty. The availability of blue, red and even black routes guarantees outstanding conditions for not only beginners, but also experienced skiers. Lovers of groomed “Manchester” slopes will find what they’re looking for, but with the newly opened Bachledka Freeride slope, those attracted to pristine slopes prepared by Spišská Magura snowfall alone will also find true satisfaction. Over the season, there are 9,840 metres of downhill slopes with natural and/or artificial snow cover.

You can reach the ridge that connects all the slopes from Bachledova Valley in just 6 minutes by the 10-seater Bachledka gondola, comfortably, safely, dry and out of the wind. Access from Malá Franková is provided by the detachable modern 6-seater bubble lift built in 2024, providing maximum comfort and safety with each ride. The “bubble” is a transparent hood protecting against the elements and offering enhanced comfort with every ride. More seasoned skiers can also use the 4-seater ski lift Jezersko and another 4 chair lifts, guaranteeing great skiing access in three interconnected valleys. And beginners can enjoy sunny blue-sky slopes on the ridge and in Bachledova Valley.

The Bachledka on the Hrebeň slope offers the area’s largest ski school – the Gorgy Ski School, and endless fun. Our professional instructors will teach your children to ski in a fun and playful way, and if the kids get cold after skiing, they can warm up nicely and play in the indoor children’s corner. The ski school offers 3 conveyor lifts – “magic carpets” – (30m, 30m and 90m), a route inspired by fairy tale characters and other entertaining methodical aids for even the littlest skiers, so that skiing becomes fun for everyone. The ski school offers both individual and group ski lessons.

For ski clubs, we have available the National Training Centre Žiactva – Malá Franková at the ski route Furmanec II with a length of 1,220 metres, and the Otto and Vlad Krajňák Training Centre with route 950 metres long. These two centres are mainly for members of ski clubs for training and for organizing ski races on the local as well as national level. The elevation gain on these slopes is 235 and 212 metres respectively.

Winter holiday in Bachledka offers comfort for all. The panoramic restaurant Panorama meets all expectations, so you can enjoy a truly satisfying getaway. PANORAMA offers not only a gastronomical experience, but also cultural, recreational and educational spaces for environmental education, a shop offering souvenirs and regional specialities, and also features an Aprés bar and café. The restaurant building is wheelchair accessible just like many other areas of the resort. We also have families in mind for whom there is a children’s corner inspired by nature and complete facilities in baby-friendly standard. Besides the restaurant PANORAMA, each of the valleys offers refreshments – in Bistro Jezersko (Jezersko), in Bistro Furmanec (Malá Franková) and in Restaurant La Gamba (Bachledova Valley).

Facilities and full services are located in the pedestrian zone in Bachledova Valley, where you will find ski and sledding rental and service, a sports and souvenir shop, and other services.

BACHLEDKA Ski & Sun is part of the Tatry Super Ski group. This group brings together 19 ski resorts and ice rinks in the Tatra Mountains region of Slovakia and Poland, where you can ski with a single ski pass.

Bachledka Tree Top Walk
Discover the Tatra Mountains from the treetops. The 1,234-metre-long treetop walkway, including a tower, takes you comfortably from the ground to a height of 32 metres, right into the treetops. See winter nature from a new perspective and discover unknown views of the Tatra Mountains, the Pieniny Mountains and the picturesque Zamagurie region. The walk is enriched by educational and entertaining stations that provide interesting facts about the local nature. The walkway ends with a 9-storey observation tower with a panoramic terrace and an adrenaline net. The walkway is open all year round, in winter from 9:00 to 16:00.
