The "Largest Summit Book in the Alps
Hikers can leave their mark in the largest summit book in the Alps in the Tannheim Valley. The largest summit book in the Alps is 3 m high and covers two pages each 2.3 m wide. This uniqueness can be admired on the Neunerköpfle in the "probably most beautiful high valley in Europe." You learn general information about the origins of summit books, read the funniest summit book quotes, create and compose your own quote, and thus immortalize yourself. Enjoy the unique and fantastic view over the Tannheim Valley and, in good visibility, experience an unforgettable Alpine view combined with a feeling of inner calm and serenity.
The path starts at the mountain station of the 8-seater gondola Neunerköpfle in Tannheim. Depending on speed and stops at the stations, about 1 to 1.5 hours should be planned. Those who still have energy can take a short detour to the summit of Neunerköpfle: there, summer and winter, you can sign the entry in the largest summit book in the Alps.
The path can be hiked daily in any weather. It is also well maintained in winter.

Good footwear is essential despite good trail conditions.
The themed path is relatively easy to walk and well secured where necessary. The entire path is covered with gravel; caution is advised in steeper sections. In winter, the path is cleared of snow and also grit spread, but good footwear is highly recommended. Always proceed with the necessary caution.
