This charming circular route is slightly demanding in some sections and therefore especially popular with e-bikers. Picturesque orchards, wild strawberry fields, structuring hedges, shading forests, gentle hills, chestnut groves, and vineyards - this is how you can imagine the Rosalia-Kogelberg Nature Park. Right through it runs the Rosalia bike route - very close to the border with Hungary and back - accompanied by magnificent viewpoints. You can observe rare birds at the Rohrbach pond meadows, taste the incomparable flavor of Wiesener strawberries and Wulka valley prosciutto, sample fine drops of Rosalia DAC wines, and enjoy the breathtaking view from Forchtenstein Castle. Besides castle tours, numerous events for young and old are offered throughout the year. This route never gets boring - here you experience the region's diversity up close. There is really plenty to see here, such as the Schuhmühle and the permanent exhibition "Justizpalastbrand" in Schattendorf, the Pauline Monastery in Baumgarten, the pilgrimage church Mariä Himmelfahrt with carillon in Forchtenstein, the Jewish monument in Mattersburg, landscape art by Heinz Bruckschwaiger in Sigleß, the sculpture path by Karl Prantl and international sculptors in Pöttsching, and much more. The spa park with the rosarium, especially beautiful during the rose bloom, invites you to walk and linger in Bad Sauerbrunn. Numerous dining options along the route invite you to eat well, drink well, and relax.
This circular route is somewhat demanding near Wiesen and Forchtenstein. It is fully paved and runs through the Rosalia-Kogelberg Nature Park. Coming from Wiener Neustadt on B321, it runs via Neudörfl and Bad Sauerbrunn to Wiesen and Forchtenstein. Here you can take a detour to Forchtenstein Castle or cycle via the mystical ice ponds to the town center. Through Mattersburg, it leads to Walbersdorf, further around the Rohrbach pond meadows to Schattendorf, the village on the border with Hungary. From there, if you wish, you can continue to Sopron (Hungary) on B322 via Agendorf. However, the circular route leads via Baumgarten, Draßburg, and Antau to Pöttelsdorf. From there, it goes back to Bad Sauerbrunn via the connecting cycle path R53 through wonderful wine-growing areas of Pöttelsdorf and Sigleß. In total, it is 58 km long.
Tip: On this bike path, the bathing lakes in Forchtenstein, Neudörfl, and Rohrbach provide cooling on hot days.

Да
Good footwear, sporty clothing, rain and sun protection, and a bottle of drinking water should always be with you.
Since many cycle paths are agricultural access roads, agricultural traffic is to be expected there. Mutual consideration ensures that these paths remain pleasant for everyone to use.
In Austria, bicycle helmets are mandatory for children up to 12 years old. Reflective vests are not mandatory at dusk, in darkness, or in poor visibility but are certainly advantageous. Here is the Austrian bicycle regulation.
