From the Flims valley station, you pass the Snow Wonderland, followed by a short crossing of a wooded ravine. On the clearing, follow the wooded ravine to the forest. From there, following the signs, you cross the piste twice until you reach the Spalegna plateau. Now continuously ascending parallel to the T-bar lift and further in the open terrain to the former mountain station Naraus, where the terrace invites you to sunbathe and have a snack. The playful descent in the hilly terrain repeatedly offers the possibility to return on secured pistes.

The piste and rescue service only monitors and controls the marked and open freeride routes and pistes. Outside of operating hours, the freeride routes and pistes are closed and not secured against dangers such as avalanche blasting or piste machines with winches!
Outside the pistes or when they are closed, as a ski tourer you are in the free ski area and must take appropriate precautions. This includes assessing alpine hazards, reading and applying the avalanche report, and having and being able to use avalanche equipment. Because even in a closed ski area, avalanches can occur.
By car on highway A13 from Zurich, exit 18 towards Disentis/Mustér/Ilanz/Flims.
