Our house is located in a quiet, very sunny south-facing slope, 1km from the village center, 100 meters above Schruns. The valley station of the Silvretta Montafon can be reached in about 5 minutes by car. The village center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot.

On our own terrace and sunbathing lawn you can enjoy the beautiful view over Schruns and the surrounding area as well as an impressive mountain scenery and relax wonderfully!

Our house has a family-friendly vacation apartment for 2-7 people with about 80m², which offers the highest living comfort.

Living room
with a comfortable sitting area, cable TV and direct access to the sun terrace.

Kitchen
fully equipped with dishwasher including powder, ceramic hob with oven, coffee maker (filter or tabs), refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, sufficient dishes, water bubbler, dish towels and dishwashing detergent available.

2 Bedrooms
each with shower/WC, hand and bath towels, hairdryer and safe as well as direct access to the terrace. All comforters oversized (140 x 220).

Sauna
with relaxation room and enough towels can be used daily.

Drinking water in the Montafon
Our drinking water in the Montafon has the best water quality, which means you don't have to bring any water with you and can help yourself directly from the tap. To make mineral water, we have a bubbler in the vacation apartment. No lugging the bottles and at the same time save garbage and costs!
