Time for yourself - just do what you feel like doing right now, with wonderful opportunities for treatments, meditation and alpine bathing. Look out over the countryside, walk along the SEINS path, let your mind wander, take inspiration and bring it to life - me time at its best.

Perhaps you are already very good at this, perhaps you are just trying it out - our coach will support you if you want it. Everything can be - nothing has to be.

What could a day like this look like?

Sleep in as long as you feel like it in the Swiss stone pine bed, breakfast according to your heart's desire, also vegetarian - vegan, healthy or traditional, with a view over the mountains of Lech - kissed awake by the sun on the terrace.

Feel the path of being in front of the hotel, with meditation area, sensory path, feeling the elements. A short sensory walk with the right breathing technique, finding, feeling, smelling and tasting herbs, looking out over the mountains from the terrace, bathing in vitamin B - sunlight. After a fresh salad or hearty freshly baked cake, enjoy a craniosacral treatment in the spa or get to know your body with our physiotherapist. Relax on the balcony, write down your thoughts.

Enjoy tasty organic products from the home of the mountains at the communal table or your own in one of the parlors.
