The flat was completely refurbished in the spring 2017, is located on the second floor, has a sunny balcony, and is conveniently located for grocery shopping, whether it is in a small grocery store or the locally renowned butcher Hatecke. A public outdoor parking lot is located nearby.
After a few minutes’ walk you reach the Engadin Bad Scuol, which offers a large variety of bath, spa, and wellness options, including a sauna and a Roman-Irish bath. Recreation areas can also be reached easily, and two fountains with mineral water are located nearby.
