Villandro/Villanders is situated in a central location in the vacation region of South Tyrol. From a sunny spot, you can overlook the entire Val d'Isarco/Eisacktal valley and admire the mighty Dolomites mountain range. From here, all the attractions of South Tyrol are within easy reach.

Senior chef Rosa and junior chef Reinhold offer tasty culinary delights that are influenced by both traditional South Tyrol cuisine and Mediterranean cooking. Most of the ingredients come from our own farm and herb garden. Breakfast includes home-made jams, daily fresh bread, and our own meat and speck products.

For dinner, you can choose fresh vegetables from our salad buffet, home-made pasta, gnocchi, dumplings and more. Enjoy delightful meals in the dining room or on our stunning panoramic terrace, or participate in summer or autumn in the weekly barbecue on our Alpine hut: at 4-star Hotel Untertheimerhof you can experience the whole range of South Tyrolean cuisine!

The nearby Villanderer Alm is a gorgeous hiking paradise where you can find our alp with its rustic Alpine hut. Here the animals graze on the pastures in summer. High up on the alp you will be able to enjoy breathtaking mountain scenery. You will be enchanted by the quiet, pristine nature and the remote location of our hut. In summer and autumn, we offer organized hikes followed by barbecues on the Alpine hut.
