We invite you to spend your holidays at our house. Take advantage of our perfect location: Our house is situated directly at the thermal Spa St. Kathrein and in winter the distance to the next ski lift Maibrunnbahn, a 4 seater chairlift which takes you to the "Kaiserburg", is only 300m.

You spend you holidays in modern furnished apartments. The apartmens are equipped with bedroom, separate living room (with sofa bed), shower or bath tube, toilette, kitchenette, dinette and amply balcony to south and west side.

In the morning we pamper you with a delicious breakfast from the buffet.

During summer period the Kärnten Card is included as well in the rates - free entry to over 100 of Carinthia's most beautiful destinations. Also included are the cable cars at Bad Kleinkirchheim.
