The apartment size is 55m² plus 8 m² balcony and is for max. 5 people suitable.
In the basement there is a cellar with 4 m². This has its own washing machine and tumble dryer. Also the ski boot dryer and the storage facility for the skis is located there. The apartment no. 5 has its own parking space in front of the house.
The small village of St. Margarethen is centrally located in Salzburg's Lungau at an altitude of 1,065m. Surrounded by the Niederen Tauern in the north and the gentle Nockbergen in the south, it is the ideal starting point for countless activities.
The apartment complex Residenz Monica is located directly on the piste, but only 5 minutes' walk from the centre of the village of Sankt Margarethen in Lungau. Apartment Top 5 is located on the first floor. The holiday home is beautifully furnished and has two bedrooms and a bathroom for 5 persons. One bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has a bunk bed as well as a single bed. In the cosy living room there is a tiled stove, a comfortable sitting area and a nice dining area. The kitchen has everything you need to conjure up delicious meals on the table. Not in the mood for cooking? No problem, just a few minutes walk from the apartment there are several restaurants. From the balcony you have an unobstructed view of the Katschberg mountain pasture. In addition, a car can be parked in the apartment complex.
In winter, the apartment is located right next to the ski slope and the new Silverjet 1 gondola lift of the Aineck-Katschberg ski area with 70 kilometres of slopes. The holiday apartment is therefore truly one of the ski-in/ski-out accommodations! At the gondola lift, which is not far from the apartment, you will find all kinds of facilities such as a large ski depot, a sports shop and a ski school. The Aineck-Katschberg ski area is ideal for families, with many kilometres of blue, red and black slopes. The 6 km long A1 is one of the longest ski runs in Austria and a must for the passionate winter sports enthusiast! The holiday apartment has its own ski storage room with ski boot dryer - which means pleasantly dry and warm ski boots every day.






