Apartment Alpenperle

Place
The place of the house Alpenperle is fantastic – in the heart of Ischgl. To reach the Fimbabahn skilift you only have to cross the street in front of the entrance. If you go outside to the right, you reach the Silvretta skilift and the most famous après ski bar “Kuhstall” after 200 meters.

Accomodation
Our apartments in the house Alpenperle were built up in summer 2007. The condition of the house is famous.
You can find a little lounge in the entrance hall, room for the skis, heating for the shoes, elevator and garage with car-boxes.

The apartments are very good equipped and you can stay with 4 – 8 persons on 30 – 80 qm2. All the double bed rooms have an own bathroom, with shower and WC. One more WC is for guests who sleep in the living room.
Every apartment has TV, Internet (to pay), a complete stuffed kitchen, refrigerator, dishwasher, baking oven and microwave.

9 of the 11 flats have an own balcony. Please consider: non-smoking area in the whole house

4 persons apartment with balcony:
1 double bed room with bathroom, living room with full size day bed for 2 persons, TV, safe

6 persons apartment with and without balcony:
2 double bed rooms with bathroom for each room, living room with full size day bed for 2 persons, additional WC for the living room, TV, safe

7-8 persons apartment with balcony:
2 double bed rooms with bathromm for each room, one room with a king size bed and bathroom, additional WC for the living room, TV, safe

Further costs

• visitors tax: 2,20 € per person over 14 years/ per day
• final cleaning: 4er apart. 40,- €, 6er apart. 60,- €, 8er apart. 80,- €
• park box in the garage: 5,- € per day / per car
• deposit : 200,- € per apartment / refund by bank transfer to your account if you leave the apartment in a normal condition.
