Ski-in and ski-out

direct from the hotel. DAS.GOLDBERG is the only hotel in Bad Hofgastein in the upper segment, that is located directly at the ski slope. With 4 different ski areas, 220 slope kilometers for every level of difficulty, Gastein is a true paradise for skiers. The ski area Schlossalm-Angertal-Stubnerkogel (up to 2300 altitude) is the biggest connected ski area in Gastein. The downhill slope of the Schlossalmbahn is one of the longest slopes of the eastern alps with over 10,4 kilometers from the “Hohe Scharte” to the valley, passing the hotel DAS.GOLDBERG, our guests can start directly from the hotel to the ski area. Snow reliability and skiing enjoyment are guaranteed until the beginning of May thanks to the latest technology in the lift and cable car systems and the altitude of the ski area - especially in the high alpine valley Sportgastein (up to 2700 meters in altitude).
