Valmorel, the first resort in the Tarentaise
Set against the Beaufortain mountains, the Nâves valley (45mn drive from Valmorel or Doucy) is one of the few remaining havens of peace and tranquillity in the heart of the Alps. Here, mountain pastures, forests, the sounds of nature and streams shape the landscape and atmosphere.
The Nordic site, which has been awarded the Nordic France label, is open from 11 December 2023 to 30 March 2024 and offers 42km of cross-country ski trails (classic and skating) groomed every day and secured.
The Bozon piste gives access to the Carrolet loop (2085m altitude), where you can ski on the highest piste in Savoie, with a magnificent panorama of the Vanoise, Lauzière and Beaufortain massifs.

Le départ des pistes se situe 4 km en amont du village de Grand Nâves, au Plateau du Tovet, où vous trouverez tous les équipements nécessaires : salle hors-sac chauffée, canapés, toilettes, eau potable, casiers, tables de pique-nique, transats, casiers. Accès en navette gratuite les week-end et vacances scolaires
