The route is the goal. And the path leads to Annaberg-Lungötz. Sometimes it takes a look into the distance to get to the point. Three pilgrim trails (Leonhardsweg, Rupertusweg, Arnoweg) and the Salzalpensteig meet in Annaberg. You will be warmly welcomed to the pilgrim boarding houses.

With the Donnerkogelbahn in Annaberg-Lungötz you can easily reach the Dachstein-West hiking area around Gosaukamm and Zwieselalm, one of the most beautiful hiking destinations in the Lammertal in the Salzburg region. The mountain station at 1,475 m above sea level is the ideal starting point for cozy hut tours, beautiful hikes over flowering alpine pastures or challenging climbing tours - but always for wonderful panoramic views over extensive valleys, as well as majestic mountains such as Dachstein and Großglockner.
