Our cozy house is about 1000m above sea level, in a quiet but central location. In our house you can enjoy the luxury of leaving your car behind. From the garden you can go directly to the ski slope, from where you can immediately enjoy the Schladming - 4-mountain - ski area. Restaurant, bus stop, sports shops, ski school and supermarket can be reached in 2-10 minutes on foot.

Cancellation policy:
Up to 30 days before arrival you can cancel free of charge.
29 to 14 days prior to arrival, the cancellation fee is 30% of the tour price.
13 to 7 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 50% of the tour price.
From 6 days and in case of no-show, 90% of the total stay will be charged.
